Cinnamon oat peanut butter bites

Soft little bites made for the fridge, with oats, seeds, peanut butter, and cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt

How to make it

  1. 01Add everything to a bowl and stir until a soft, slightly sticky mixture forms. Add another splash of milk if needed.
  2. 02Chill for 10 minutes so the mixture is easier to handle.
  3. 03Roll into 10 small bites. Keep covered in the fridge and serve two at a time.
