Ingredients

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • ½ teaspoon tahini
  • Cinnamon, to taste
  • A few drops of vanilla extract, optional

How to make it

  1. 01Spoon the yogurt into a small glass or bowl and swirl through the vanilla if using.
  2. 02Add the blackberries and walnuts.
  3. 03Finish with tahini and cinnamon. Eat straight away, or chill for 20 minutes for a colder dessert.

A helpful note

Why it can fit the conversation

Plain yogurt keeps the base simple, while berries bring colour and sweetness without a syrupy topping. Walnuts and tahini add a little richness, and using a small glass makes the serving feel special without needing a large portion.
