A helpful note

Why it can fit the conversation

The oats and berries bring carbohydrate, while yogurt, chia seeds, and almonds add protein, fibre, and satisfying texture. The portion is easy to see and adjust, which makes it a useful starting point for a breakfast conversation with your care team.
